Delivery timelines typically range between 30 minutes to 3 business days from the time an order is confirmed, depending on the delivery location, weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
For customers within Harare, we offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders delivered outside Harare require full payment in advance before dispatch. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed.
All orders delivered outside of Harare are dispatched via FedEx (Cheetah Express). Delivery to these locations is subject to the courier’s service coverage, delivery location limitations, and operational conditions. Typical delivery timelines for these areas are 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that discounted, negotiated, or specially priced sales do not qualify for free delivery. This includes clearance items, promotional discounts, bulk purchases, or any orders where pricing has been agreed outside the standard website listing. In such cases, delivery charges will apply and will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.
